Roasted Wild Duck With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Wild ducks 2
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Canned sauerkraut 29 Ounce (1 No 2 1/2 Can)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Season birds with salt, pepper and garlic salt; stuff with sauerkraut.
Roast at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes per pound, basting frequently with margarine
