Heavenly Boiled Duck

This Heavenly Boiled Duck is what you should have with your rice or noodle dishes for an exceptionally good meal ! This savory onion and bean paste stuffed duck is truly divine ! Try out this Heavenly Boiled Duck and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Duck 6 Pound
  Onion 1 , minced
  Bean paste 1 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 2 Quart
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the duck, cut off the tail and oil sacs and discard them.
Dry the duck thoroughly.
Place the onions and bean paste inside the duck.
Place the wine in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the salt and lower the duck into the liquid.
Cover the saucepan tightly and place on an asbestos pad over low heat and simmer for 5 hours.
Remove very carefully onto a deep serving bowl, cover with broth and serve immediately.
