Solar Cooked Rotisserie Style Half Duck

This is the 3rd dish we've solar cooked in the Fall season.
Ingredients
  Duck meat 1 1⁄2 Pound (rotisserie style seasoned and cooked)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Assemble a solar cooker with a black stone ware bowl with lid within a larger glass bowl and placed on a reflector.

MAKING
2. Place the thawed and cooked duck in the bowl cut into two pieces.
3. Let it sit in the sun and cook for three hours with an outside temperature of 77 degrees Farenheit.

SERVING
4. Serve on a plate.
