Duck Roast

Ingredients
  Duck 1 Medium
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2
  Cinnamon 2
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1
  Sliced potatoes 2
  Sliced onions 3 (For frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1)Clean the duck and cut it into about 6 to 8 big pieces.

2)Cook it with all the spices, chopped onions and salt.

3)When done, remove the pieces reserving the gravy.

4)Heat oil in a big frying pan and fry sliced onion and potatoes separately.

5)Remove from oil.

6)Next add the pieces of duck and fry well.

7)Remove the pieces and add the reserved gravy to the pan.

8)When it simmers, add the fried duck. Mix well.

9)Take it off the fire.

10)To serve, place the duck in a serving dish and garnish with fried potatoes and onions.
