Ingredients
  Hoi sin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chinese wine/Sherry/rum 1 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Orange zest 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Duck meat 1 Pound (legs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine hoi sin sauce, soy sauce, corn flour, wine, five spice powder, black pepper and orange zest.
2. Marinate duck legs in this liquid.
3. Barbeque it for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve with extra hoi sin sauce.
