5 Milliliter, blended with 2 teaspoon or 10 milliliter stock (1 Teaspoon)
1 Cut mock duck into even-sized 3/4—1 inch (2-2.5 cm) pieces.
2 Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green onions and stir-fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce, sherry and honey, simmer 2 minutes. Add vegetarian duck pieces and simmer 15 minutes. Thicken with blended cornstarch and stock and serve.
