Microwaved Roast Duck With Orange
|Bottled fruit sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Poultry)|
|Orange liqueur/Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Browning sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
In oblong baking dish, arrange duck on microwave-safe roasting rack; pierce skin several times.
Heat 30 minutes; drain.
Combine fruit sauce, liqueur and browning sauce; brush half on duck.
Heat at MEDIUM 20 to 25 minutes or until duck is tender.
Brush with remaining sauce.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with oranges.
