Wild Duck With Kraut

Ingredients
  Wild ducks 2
  Onions 2 , peeled and sliced
  Chicken consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
Directions

Soak ducks in cold salted water for 2 hours.
Place consomme' and water in bottom of roasting pan.
Place in ducks, breast side down.
Place sauerkraut over ducks.
Cover pan and roast 325°F.3 hours.
