Espresso Martini Recipe
Espresso needs to be made in advance and chilled. In cocktail shaker vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur are shaken along with ice cubes. The strained mixture is then poured in martini glasses and served. There is no classic garnish for the cocktail since the cocktail itself is an innovation, however, dusted coffee powder, roasted coffee beans or chocolates shavings can be used as garnishes. For a much rich version crème de cocoa is added to the recipe.
