Ingredients
  Chopped green onions 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen pea pods 12 Ounce, Defrosted (2 packages, 6 ounce each)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place onions, garlic and butter in a 1 1/2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Add pea pods, water chestnuts, chicken broth and soy sauce.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Stir cornstarch mixture into vegetables.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
Stir twice during cooking.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
