|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell-O Concord Grape, Cherry, Strawberry, Or Raspberry)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Club soda||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared, Dream Whip)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl.
Stir until all gelatin is dissolved.
Add club soda and cold water.
Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Measure one cup of the thickened gelatin into a small bowl and set aside.
Place a scoop of ice cream in each of 3 tall iced tea or soda glasses.
Fill the glasses two thirds full with slightly thickened gelatin from large bowl.
Then use rotary beater or electric mixer to whip the gelatin in small bowl until light and fluffy.
Fill the remainder of each glass with whipped gelatin.
Chill sodas until firm about 2 hours.
Before serving, decorate with a dollop or swirl of prepared whipped topping.or pass the topping in a small bowl and let everyone add their own fancy touch.
