|Frozen grape juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in icy cold glasses.
Note: Many of the canned fruits today are available without added sugar.
Look for labels that say lite,diet, or packed in its own fruit juice.
Some have no sugar, others have reduced the amount by 50%.
