|Cubed cantaloupe||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries/Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nectarine/Peach / plum||1 Large, peeled, halved, pitted, and cut into chunks|
1. Place apple juice, cantaloupe, raspberries or blueberries, and peach, plum, or nectarine in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Combine fruit puree with seltzer water.
