|Grated ginger root||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seltzer water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled|
|White grape juice||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
|Nectarines/Peaches||3 Large, peeled, pitted and cut in to chunks|
1. Place ginger, 1 1/2 cups of the grape juice, and peaches or nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Combine the remaining grape juice, the blended peaches, and the seltzer.
