Peach-Ginger-Grape

Ingredients
  Grated ginger root 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seltzer water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled
  White grape juice 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Nectarines/Peaches 3 Large, peeled, pitted and cut in to chunks
Directions

1. Place ginger, 1 1/2 cups of the grape juice, and peaches or nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Combine the remaining grape juice, the blended peaches, and the seltzer.
