Ingredients
  Whole cloves 18
  Cinnamon stick 6 (4 Inch Thick)
  Frozen canned grape juice concentrate 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground allspice 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Tie cloves and cinnamon sticks in a cheesecloth bag.
Combine spice bag, grape juice concentrate, water, sugar, and allspice in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Remove mixture from heat, stir in lemon juice.
