Plum-Honey-Cinnamon Cooler

Ingredients
  Apple juice 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Plums 3 Large, peeled, halved, pitted and cut into chunks
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seltzer water 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
Directions

1. Place apple juice, plums, honey, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Combine apple-plum puree with seltzer water.
