Nectarine-Honey Refresher

Ingredients
  Plain non fat yogurt 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe nectarines/Peaches 3 Medium, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Using two 8-section ice-cube trays, divide 2 cups of the yogurt among the 16 sections. Freeze for 4 hours.
2. Place the remaining 1/2 cup yogurt, nectarines or peaches, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Puree.
3. Add frozen yogurt cubes and process until smooth.
