|Plain non fat yogurt||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ripe nectarines/Peaches||3 Medium, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Using two 8-section ice-cube trays, divide 2 cups of the yogurt among the 16 sections. Freeze for 4 hours.
2. Place the remaining 1/2 cup yogurt, nectarines or peaches, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Puree.
3. Add frozen yogurt cubes and process until smooth.
