|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant nonfat dry milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate||8 Ounce|
1. Mix the skim milk and the nonfat dry milk together.
2. Stir in the orange juice concentrate and the crushed pineapple.
3. Pour into a shallow metal pan, such as an ice-cube tray without the dividers, baking tin, or other freezer-safe bowl, and freeze.
Stir frequently during the freezing period to equally distribute the ice crystals until the mixture is frozen firm, but not hard.
