|Canned unsweetened pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, undrained (1 can)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lime rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Watermelon balls||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Honeydew balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice, set pineapple aside.
Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, honey, mint, orange rind, and lime rind in a small bowl, stir well.
Combine reserved pineapple chunks and melon balls in a large bowl.
Pour fruit juice mixture over fruit.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes; garnish each with mint sprig, if desired.
