|Apricot nectar||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
|Pineapple juice/Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
|Ginger ale||1 Quart, chilled|
|Pineapple sherbet/Orange sherbet||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Pint)|
In punch bowl or large container (2 at.) combine apricot nectar and pineapple juice.
Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale.
Float scoops of sherbet on top.
TIPS: For individual servings, place a scoop of sherbet in each glass.
Fill glasses 3/4 full with equal amounts of chilled apricot nectar and chilled pineapple or orange juice.
Add chilled ginger ale to fill glasses.
For each additional 8 cups of punch desired, increase by 1 recipe.
