1. In a champagne flute glass, pour vanilla simple syrup, bourbon, and champagne.

Water- 1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Vanilla Beans- 2
MAKING
In s saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Remove the pan from heat and add the vanilla beans. Let steep for 5 hours or longer for better flavor.
