Skinny Summer Cocktails: 4th of July Potluck

Ingredients
For the spicy skinny margarita
  Tequila 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 shot of clear tequila)
  Grapefruit juice 3⁄4 Ounce
  Lime juice 1 Milliliter (1 splash)
  Jalapeno 2 Gram, chopped
  Ice cubes 5 Medium (for serving)
For the vodka lemonade
  Vodka 1 1⁄2 Ounce (regular/ lemon flavored)
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Ounce, freshly squeezed
  Cointreau/Grand marnier 10 Milliliter
  Mint sprigs 2 Medium (leaves only)
  Soda water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for serving)
For the watermelon rocktail
  Watermelon 4 1⁄2 Ounce, cut into chunks
  Tequila 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime juice 3⁄4 Ounce
For the colada
  Rum 1 1⁄2 Ounce (clear rum)
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Coconut water 3 Ounce
  Ice cubes 2 Medium
For skinny mojito
  Stevia 5 Drop (clear stevia)
  Cucumber slice 2 Medium, chopped
  Sparkling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

For The Spicy Skinny Margarita
MAKING
1. In a glass or jar add all the ingredients except ice cubes. Using a muddler or spoon muddle the jalapeno. Mix well.

SERVING
2. Add the ice cubes and serve.

For The Vodka Lemonade
MAKING
1. In a jar or glass mix all the ingredients except soda water. Using a spoon or muddler, mash the mint leaves. Pour the soda, add ice cubes and mix till combined.

SERVING
2. Serve chilled.

For The Watermelon Rocktail
MAKING
1. In a blender put all the ingredients and blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve fresh.

For The Colada
MAKING
1. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve chilled.

For The Skinny Mojito
MAKING
1. In a glass or jar add all the ingredients except sparkling water. Mash it well to release flavors. Pour the sparkling water and mix well.

SERVING
2. In a serving glass, serve the cocktail chilled.
