For the classic champagne cocktail
  Stevia powder 1 Pinch
  Angostura bitters 4 Dash (3 - 4 dashes as needed)
  Cognac 1 Ounce
  Brut champagne 4 Ounce
  Lemon twist 1 (For garnishing) (Optional)
For the skinny lemon bellini
  Peach nectar 1 Ounce
  Limoncello 1 Dash
  Sparkling wine 3 Ounce
  Ice cubes 5 Medium (As needed)
For the skinny kir royale
  Chambord raspberry liqueur 1⁄2 Ounce
For the skinny monte carlo
  Gin 1 Ounce
  Green creme de menthe 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Dash
  Champagne 3 Ounce
For the skinny champagne maimon
  Amaretto 1⁄3 Ounce
  Fig liqueur 1⁄3 Ounce
  Dry champagne 4 Ounce
  Mint bitters 1 Drop
For the skinny champagne fizzle
  Stevia powder 1 Dash
  Fresh lime juice 3⁄4 Ounce
  Mint sprigs 3 Medium
  Vodka 1 Ounce
  Sugar-free cranberry 1 Dash
  Dry champagne 3 Ounce
  Raspberries 2 Medium (1 or 2 as needed for garnishing)
  Mint 2 Medium (1 or 2 as needed for garnishing)

For the Classic Champagne Cocktail:
1. Take a champagne glass. Put stevia at the bottom of the glass.
2. Add the bitters and pour in the cognac.
3. Slowly fill with the champagne.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist, if desired.

5. Serve chilled.

1. Chill the peach nectar and limoncello over ice.
2. Strain into a champagne flute.
3. Top with the bubbly (sparkling wine).
