Ingredients
For the pama champagne
  Pama champagne 2 Ounce, chilled
  Chairman's sparkling kava 2 Ounce, chilled
  Pomegranate seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint leaves 2 Small
For the candy cane martini
  Grenadine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Candy canes 2 (+ 1/4 cup, crushed)
  Vodka 5 Ounce
  Creme de menthe 2 Ounce
  Peppermint schnapps 1 1⁄2 Ounce
For the scotch santa
  J & b scotch 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grenadine 3⁄4 Ounce
  Amaretto 3⁄4 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. For the pama champagne: In a wine glass, pour in the pama champagne, chairman's sparkling kava. Drop in some pomegranate seeds, stir well.
2. For the candy cane martini: In 2 small bowls, add the gerandine in one bowl and the crushed candy in the other bowl.
3. Take martini glasses one at a time, first dip it in the gerandine then into the crushed candy. Set aside.
4. In a mixing glass with ice, pour in the vodka, crème de menthe, peppermint schnapps. Mix well and pour it into the martini glasses.
5. For the scotch santa: In a scotch glass, pour in the J & B scotch, Grenadine and the amaretto. Stir well.

SERVING
6. Serve the pama champagne, garnished with mint leaves.
7. Serve the candy cane martini, garnished with 2 candy cane sticks.
8. Serve the scotch santa, garnished with mint leaves.
