Water Kefir Drink

In this video you'll learn how to make the delicious probiotic drink kefir. You'll also learn how to grow a small initial amount of kefir grains into as much as you need.
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Jar)
  Spring water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Jar)
  Kefir grains 3 Tablespoon

1) Take a jar of spring water and add the Kefir grains into it.
2) Then add the sugar.
3) Allow it to ferment for 48 hours.
4) Then fill up the jar with orange juice and ginger.
5) Add the maple syrup to it.

6) Serve and enjoy!
