Gibson Cocktail

Ingredients
  Gin 2 1⁄2 Ounce
  Dry vermouth 1 Ounce
  Cocktail onions 3 Small
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker place the ice cubes and pour Dry vermouth, rinse the ice with Dry vermouth.
2. Pour the gin and stir with bar spoon.
3. Place the cocktail onion in the martini glass and top it the cocktail.

SERVING
4. Serve the Gibson Cocktail immediately.
