Hot Bloody Mary

Ingredients
For the habanero infused vodka:
  Vodka 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Habanero pepper 1 Medium, slice
For the cocktail:
  Coarse salt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mexican chilli 1 Teaspoon, powdered
  Lime wedges 1 Medium
  Ice cubes 10 Medium, cracked
  Tequila 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lemon wedges 1 Medium
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Rose's lime syrup 1 Dash
  Canton ginger liqueur 1⁄2 Ounce
  Tomato juice 2 Ounce
  Celery stick 1 Medium (For garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mason jar, add the vodka and the habanero pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator for a week. Shake and taste it every day until the spiciness of your choice is achieved.
2. Rim the cocktail glass with the lime wedge.
3. Mix the coarse salt and the mexican chili powder in a plate. Coat the glass rim with this mix.

MAKING
4. Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes.
5. Add 1 1/2 ounces of the habanero infused vodka and tequila.
6. Add in a a squeeze of the lime and lemon.
7. Add Worcestershire sauce, rose's lime syrup, canton ginger liqueur and tomato juice.
8. Stir well using a bar spoon.

SERVING
9. Garnish with a celery stick and serve chilled.
