Champagne Antoine

Ingredients

Champagne 2 Ounce
Gin 1 Ounce (New Amsterdam gin)
Dry vermouth 1 Ounce
Pernod 1 Dash
Ice cubes 10 Medium
Lemon slice 1 Medium (For garnish)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, dry vermouth, Pernod and ice cubes and shake well.

2. Strain into a champagne flute glass.

3. Top with champagne.

SERVING

4. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve chilled.
