Hop into one of these little cocktails, well-chilled, smooth and creamy. The Grasshopper is a classic mix of crème de menthe and crème de cacao with cream, created back in 1919 at Tujagues Restaurant in New Orleans.

10 Medium, cracked
1. In a cocktail shaker, add the Crème de Menthe, Crème de Cacao, cream and ice cubes and shake over ice.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg and serve chilled.
