Inti Cocktail

Ingredients
  Lychee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kiwi 1 Small, slice
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rum 1 Ounce (blanco silver rum)
  Lemon rum 1 Ounce
  Triple sec 1⁄4 Ounce
  Pineapple juice 1 Ounce
  Ice cubes 10 Medium, cracked
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blend, blend the lychees to make a puree.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add the kiwi and sugar and muddle together.
3. Add the blanco rum, lemon rum, the pureed lychees, triple sec, pineapple juice and stir well.
4. Pour into a cocktail glass.

SERVING
5. Garnish with a kiwi slice and serve chilled.
