  Crushed ice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (About 3 Cubes)
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a blender container and place ice, milk, yogurt, sugar and coffee in it. Process until smooth.

SERVING
2) Pour in a tall glass and serve immediately.
