Apple Sage Martini

Ingredients
  Sage 4 Medium, torn in half
  Simple syrup 1 Ounce
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vodka 2 Ounce
  Gin 4 Ounce
  Apple juice 3 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1 Roughly tear the sage leaves and add into a mixing glass.
2 Pour in the simple syrup and muddle using a wooden spoon or muddler.
3 Add in the vodka, gin and apple juice.
5 Add some ice and cover the mixing glass.
6 Shake vigorously so that all the ingredients are well blended.
7 Strain in to two martini glasses.

SERVING
8 Garnish each glass with an apple wedge and serve.
