1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, lemon juice, cream and gin.
2.Also, add egg white to the liquids in the shaker, and over the liquids now add drops of angostura bitters.
3. Robustly shake the contents of the cocktail shaker until surface becomes frosty.
4. In a hi-ball glass pour the contents of the cocktail shaker without straining.
5. Top up the liquids with fizzing soda and serve chilled.
