Homemade Baking Powder

Ingredients
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift all of the ingredients together, three times, into a small bowl.
Transfer to a clean, tightly sealed jar.
The baking powder can be stored, away from sunlight, for up to six weeks.
