SKINNY Basil Pineapple Cocktail

Refreshing pineapple with a tang of basil and a little belt of gin in a Skinny cocktail that has only 135 low calories. This is a delightful sipper on a hot day.
Ingredients
  London dry gin 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Ounce
  Basil leaves 4 Large
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Club soda 1 Ounce
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Muddle the lime juice and 3 leaves of the basil well in a tall glass.
2. Top the glass with ice.
3. Add the gin and pineapple juice.
4. Top with club soda and stir well.

SERVING
5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or sprig of basil and serve chilled.
