Green Cobs Soda
|Fresh lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar substitute||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar free ginger ale||2 Liter, chilled|
1. Put lime juice in a heatproof bowl and sprinkle with gelatin. Let stand for
2. Meanwhile, bring water and sugar substitute to a boilin a small saucepan over high heat. Pour over gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until solid, at least 2 hours.
3. Scoop out handfuls of gelatin and squeeze through your fingers into a punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over gelatin.
