Mai Tai Cocktail

Ingredients
For the 1st mai tai:
  Light rum 2 Ounce
  Tripe sec 1 Ounce
  Almond syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Grenadine 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime 1 Ounce
For the 2nd mai tai:
  Rum 2 Ounce
  Almond syrup 1⁄2 Ounce
  Simple syrup 1⁄4 Ounce
  Orange curacao 1⁄2 Ounce
  Ice cubes 10 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. For the 1st Mai Tai: In a cocktail shaker, add light rum, triple sec, almond syrup, grenadine, lime and ice cubes and shake well.
2. Strain into a highball glass topped with ice.
3. For the 2nd Mai Tai: In a cocktail shaker, add rum, almond syrup, simple syrup, orange curacao and ice cubes and shake well.
4. Strain into a highball glass topped with ice.

SERVING
5. Garnish with lime wedge and cherries and serve both cocktails chilled.
