This is so refreshing on a hot day. I love it, and talk about EASY!!
Ingredients
  Watermelon chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint leaves To Taste (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, combine watermelon, fresh mint (optional) and ice.
2. Blend until you get a slush like consistency.

SERVING
3. Pour in to glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves (optional)
