Place half of watermelon cubes in a bowl; cover and freeze until firm.
Place remaining watermelon cubes, white rum, and remaining 3 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.C211

Add frozen watermelon cubes to remaining pureed mixture in blender; cover and process until smooth.
