Exotic Pisco Sour
|Barsol pisco grape brandy||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lime juice||1 Ounce, fresh squeezed|
|Red raspberry||4 Medium|
|Egg white||1 Dash|
|Angostura bitters||3 Dash|
|Ice cube||1 Cup (16 tbs) (or as required)|
1 In a mixing glass, add the brandy with about an ounce of lime juice.
2 Add in the raspberries and give it a nice muddle.
3 Pour in the simple syrup fro sweetness.
4 Add a dash of egg white to the mixing glass.
5 Add in the ice and cover the glass.
6 Shake the mixture vigorously.
7 Strain in to a cocktail glass and add about three dashes of angostura bitters before serving.
