Calvados Sidecar's picture
  Calvados 1 1⁄2 Ounce (apple brandy)
  Patron citron liqueur 1⁄2 Ounce (orange liqueur)
  Sour mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime 1 Medium (1 wedge)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or as required)

1 Squeeze a lime wedge on the rim of a cocktail glass.
2 Shake off the excess.
3 Roll the rim in fine sugar to coat.

4 In a mixing glass, combine the apple brandy along with sour mix and orange liqueur.
5 Add some ice ti the mixing glass and cover.
6 Shake really well to blend the ingredients.
7 Strain in to the prepared cocktail glass.

8 Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve.
