|Frozen unsweetened peach slices||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Aspartame sweetener||1⁄4 Ounce (Three 1/4 Ounce Envelope)|
Allow peach slices to thaw slightly.
Pour milk into a blender or food processor.
With the motor running, gradually add the peach slices (keeping top of blender covered to prevent splashing).
Process into a slush.
Blend in aspartame sweetener.
Pour into a decorative glass.
If desired, garnish with a sprig of mint.
