Lychee Almond Float

Ingredients
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 3 Drop
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh fruits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned lychees 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat milk, remove from heat and add sugar.
Cool slightly then add almond extract; cool.
Sprinkle gelatine over water and leave until water is absorbed.
Dissolve gelatine over low heat and cool.
Stir into milk mixture.
Chill till set.
When ready to serve, cut almond gelatine into diamond shapes.
Place fruit in a serving bowl and arrange diamond shapes on top.
