Chocolate-Mint Fizz

Ingredients
  Chocolate syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Club soda 14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Bottles)
  Peppermint ice cream 1 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Place 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup into the bottom of each of 4 glasses (about 10-oz.
size).
Spoon 2 tablespoons whipped cream into each and stir well with a spoon.
Pour in about 2 tablespoons soda and stir until foamy.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass.
Pour soda into each glass, filling to the top, and stir lightly.
