|Vanilla ice cream||1 Liter (1 Brick)|
|Club soda||6 Bottle (6 l), chilled|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Strawberry essence||2 Teaspoon|
|Strawberry red color||6 Drop|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
To prepare the syrup, boil sugar and water.
Keep on fire for 2 minutes after the first boil.
Remove from fire.
Add strawberry essence, red colour & lemon juice.
Chill the syrup.
To serve, put 4-5 tbsp (1 karchhi) of syrup in a tall glass.
Put 1 tsp of ice cream.
Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pour 1/2 of the soda & serve immediately with a spoon and a straw.
