MAKING 1. Let the saffron soak for 30 minutes in 1 tablespoon boiling water. 2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together together with the saffron. SERVING 3. Marinate the fish for several hours. 4. Drain dry and grill.
In clean glass jar combine all ingredients except oil. Gradually whisk in oil. Cover and refrigerate. Before using shake jar well and strain into pitcher. Return any unused sauce to jar and refrigerate.

Combine all ingredients except garlic in a screw top jar and shake well until blended. Add 1 clove garlic. Store covered in refrigerator. When ready to use shake and remove garlic.
