Homemade Low-fat Salad Dressing
Put all the ingredients into a jar cap the jar securely and shake vigorously. Store in the refrigerator. Shake again just before serving. Use to dress sliced cucumbers or tomatoes cooked vegetables or cold poached fish.
Low Calorie Yogurt Dressing
In a bowl combine chili sauce onion pickle lemon peel horseradish mayonnaise and egg blend well. Stir in buttermilk until dressing is as thin as you like. Season to taste with garlic salt pepper and hot pepper seasoning. If made ahead cover and refrigerate.

Combine powdered pectin celery seed and salt. Stir in pineapple juice lemon juice and honey. Cover refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Low Cal Celery Seed Dressing
Puree onion in blender or chop finely. Add all remaining ingredients except oil. Gradually add oil and continue blending. Shake well before using.
Low Calorie Paprika Dressing
