|Hearts of palm/Lettuce hearts||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, liquid reserved|
|Chopped dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Candied ginger/Preserved ginger||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped, drained, and liquid reserved|
|Vanilla ice cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Crunchy peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix ice cream, mayonnaise, and peanut butter thoroughly; thin with either pineapple or ginger liquid, if desired.
Pour over salad and serve.
