Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemons juice 2 Large
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Avocados 2 Medium, peeled, stones removed
  Shallots 3 (Fresh)
  Garlic/Garlic powder to taste 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and freshly ground
  Anchovy filets 1 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine egg and mustard; add oil and mix thoroughly.
Add hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Grind avocados, garlic, and anchovies into a smooth paste.
Blend gently but thoroughly with other ingredients.
Add mayonnaise and saffron and mix thoroughly.
Pour into container and chill for 2 hours.
