|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemons juice||2 Large|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Avocados||2 Medium, peeled, stones removed|
|Garlic/Garlic powder to taste||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and freshly ground|
|Anchovy filets||1 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine egg and mustard; add oil and mix thoroughly.
Add hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Grind avocados, garlic, and anchovies into a smooth paste.
Blend gently but thoroughly with other ingredients.
Add mayonnaise and saffron and mix thoroughly.
Pour into container and chill for 2 hours.
