Low Calorie Salad Dressing
|Reconstituted instant nonfat dry milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Double Amount Of Dry Milk)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Slightly beat the eggs in the top of a double boiler.
Blend in the milk, Tabasco, and a blend of dry seasonings.
Set over boiling water.
Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir over boiling water until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator
